Meet The Creator — Nikki Visaj
Nikki Visaj is the Creative Producer and Brand Developer behind The Glow Squad.
Over the past decade, Nikki has built The Nikki Visaj Movement into a successful company delivering dance, movement, and wellbeing programs for schools, holiday programs, and communities across Australia.
The Glow Squad was created from Nikki’s passion for helping children feel confident, connected, and empowered through music and movement. Growing up, Nikki struggled with self-confidence and never connected with traditional competitive sports — it was dance that transformed her life, giving her confidence, self-expression, and a sense of belonging.
Inspired by her own journey, Nikki created The Glow Squad to deliver more than just entertainment. Her vision was to build an uplifting world where children could feel inspired, included, energised, and free to be themselves.
Through original music, storytelling, movement, and immersive live experiences, Nikki hopes to create positive and lasting memories for children during some of their most important developmental years. Nikki continues expanding The Glow Squad universe through live productions, school programs, original music, touring shows, and future entertainment experiences designed to inspire the next generation.
