Nikki Visaj
Creative Producer, Brand Developer, Writer and Choreographer for The Glow Squad Show. Over the past decade, Nikki has dedicated herself to establishing a thriving company called The Nikki Visaj Movement, specialising in dance and wellbeing programs tailored for schools and holiday activities throughout Australia.
Nikki Visaj, the visionary and founder of The Nikki Visaj Movement, aimed to craft an enchanting spectacle that leaves children feeling revitalised and full of life. In her own younger years, Nikki struggled with self-assurance and found little interest in conventional competitive sports, thats when dancing changed her life.
Her lifelong aspiration has been to leave a lasting impact, touching the hearts of children and transforming their lives through the power of music and dance.
“Our ultimate goal is to bring this show to television, ensuring its reach extends to a greater number of children during these formative years when their sense of self and habits are taking shape.
We strive to bring lasting feelings of optimism and hope. This is the starting point of our journey to establish a new movement, one that inspires and positively influences children’s lives, nurturing their physical well-being and fostering body confidence,” Nikki passionately affirms.
Spike Leo
Director, Writer, Choreographer, Music & SFX for The Glow Squad Show. Spike Leo is a seasoned performer and music producer with a rich and diverse background in the entertainment industry. He began his training at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) in 2004, followed by further studies at the Ballarat Arts Academy in 2007. Spike’s extensive performance career has seen him collaborate with renowned companies such as Tararam, Mayumana, and Cirque Du Soleil. His global touring experience spans iconic venues and cities, including New York’s Broadway, China, Spain, Russia, Istanbul, Israel, Australia, and more.
In 2012, Spike founded Spike Leo Recording Studios, building on over two decades of deep immersion in the music industry. He has worked closely with both local and international artists, musicians, and songwriters. As a full-time music producer, Spike combines his performance expertise and musical talent to develop and produce innovative shows. His work includes creating music, sound effects, and providing artistic direction for projects like “The Glow Squad” and “Junkyard Beats.”
James Elmer
Creative Brand Development for The Glow Squad Show. For the past decade, James Elmer has immersed himself in the realm of Children’s Entertainment, leaving his mark on both stage and screen with notable productions such as PAW PATROL, Splatalot, Larry the Wonderpup, ABC3, Superdudes, and many others. His talent has taken him to renowned networks like YTV, BBC, ABC, Disney, and Nickelodeon.
Now, brimming with excitement, James is ready to introduce a groundbreaking and extraordinary experience directly into people’s living rooms, with plans to eventually bring it to live venues worldwide.
“I’ve taken my best ideas from every show I’ve worked on and created a Super Group that will blow peoples minds” James enthusiastically declares.
